What do you get with 19 hours of weaving over 2 days, 100+ degree heat, 5 monkey volunteers, 4,500 feet of fluorescent paracord, 60 feet of retired climbing rope and 100 feet of amsteel?…This incredible piece of interactive monkey art! So proud of the new space net which will be installed for public use in the rainforest of Sabah, Borneo at a rehabilitation center for Orangutans and Sun Bears. Thanks so much to the amazing local monkey crew: Nolan Smythe, Josh Schlaline, Dominique LaFleur, and Hayley Ashburn for putting in the time, creativity and hard work. I can’t wait to officially rig this piece of art at the ROR2015 festival with Hayley and Andy Lewis! Thanks for the invite Jocelyn Stokes, we look forward to visiting the beautifully humid paradise of Borneo in August.
